What are the shipping fees?

How long does it take to process my order?
Orders are processed and shipped within 2-4 business days. Orders are not shipped on Saturdays, Sundays, or on holidays.
Can I track my order?
Tracking information/delivery confirmation number for orders will be provided and sent via email once your order is shipped.
Can I change my shipping address?
Please reach out to us at Hola@shopMaricel.com within 24 hours of placing your order. We work hard to process and ship your jewelry to you as soon as possible so we may not be able to change your shipping address.
Can I update or cancel my order?
Please reach out to us at Hola@shopMaricel.com within 24 hours of placing your order. We work hard to process and ship your jewelry to you as soon as possible so we may not be able to cancel your order.
Once a specially-made or custom order is placed, it cannot be cancelled.
Where do you ship to?
Currently we ship anywhere in the United States of America and Puerto Rico.
We do not ship to PO boxes or parcel lockers.
In the future, we will start shipping to additional countries.
What if I received the wrong order?
We apologize! Please send us a photo of the incorrect jewelry item(s) to Hola@shopMaricel.com and we will correct the issue keep you posted on the progress.
